The clubhouse offers support to gain jobs in the community including transitional employment. The Clubhouse model is a unique approach to recovery in the mental health field. Clubhouses seek to build on members' strengths while creating a community where each member is wanted, needed, and expected. This approach provides its members with a positive purpose and creates an environment for young adults to achieve their goals.
"Hope reinforces recovery-our acronym Hope; H represents Healing, the first step to recovery: O represent Opportunity, we are a resource to provide opportunities and support for recovery: P represents Potential, when people are given the support, they see their innate potential; E represents Empowerment, when a person sees the opportunity and believes in their potential, they become empowered and believe in themselves: that is Hope to me."
